Skin+me

Creative concept across social, PR & CRM

An independent concept exploring how Skin + Me could extend its visual identity across different seasonal touchpoints, from social content to ambassador gifting and CRM.
I wanted to create something that felt joyful and human while staying close to the brand's existing visual language.

Inspired by Skin + Me's visual identity, I imagined a series of Instagram posts designed to bring a little more personality and seasonality to Skin + Me's social presence.

The 9-post series combines product moments with more human, lifestyle-led imagery, creating a feed that feels joyful, summery and easy to engage with.

I also explored how the same visual language could extend to Pinterest, turning individual posts into saveable moodboards with direct links and calls to action.

For the seasonal campaign, I imagined a PR gift box designed for Skin + Me's brand ambassadors.

The goal was to create something that would feel considered enough to make people want to open, film and share it, while still feeling recognisably Skin + Me.

I kept the packaging within the brand's existing colour palette and introduced playful doodle-style illustrations to bring some warmth to the otherwise minimal packaging.

The concept was designed as an early seasonal seeding moment, giving ambassadors the products ahead of the holidays and creating an opportunity for organic content to build around the campaign.

I explored a simple, action-led email designed around the way Skin + Me communicates with customers.

The email was designed in Figma with CRM implementation in mind, with a structure that could translate directly into a platform such as Klaviyo or HubSpot.

Beyond the email itself, I developed the idea into a potential monthly webinar series, bringing in Skin + Me specialists or product owners to explain the thinking behind different products and treatments.

The aim was to make education feel useful and accessible, while giving customers another reason to engage with the brand beyond the purchase.
