Where two worlds meet in one app

Washdogz is a platform connecting dog owners with trusted grooming services. The brief was clear from the start: a booking app that worked smoothly for both sides, the owners looking for a groomer, and the groomers managing their services and availability.

Designing a two sided app is its own kind of puzzle. Each user has completely different needs, a different journey, and a different relationship with the same platform. Getting that balance right, without overcomplicating either experience, was the real challenge.

With a tight timeline and no room for a full UX phase, I went straight to UI, leaning on the client brief and my own instincts to make fast, confident decisions. The result was a clean, friendly interface that made the booking process feel effortless on both ends.
